    Interesting read. My raid encountered similar problems with Vashj. It took us more than two month until we finally got her down and quite some members quit during that time ans we had to teach new ones. A little hint for phase 3: Get two guys with long range abilities (41 yards) to shoot down the sporebats as they arrive. This helps a lot in the final phase.
