What is BLASC?

BLASC is a program which uploads your World of Warcraft character data to our character database. You can then, for example, view the equipment you use, the opponents you have defeated and the reputation you have earned among the different factions on www.getbuffed.com. This character information can be integrated into your personal profile pages. Automatic blog entries document important milestones your character has achieved. Your use of BLASC will also help us to add information on new equipment and quests to our WoW database. BLASC’s Add-On function also enables you to access over 900 World of Warcraft add-ons – and even updates them automatically if you select this option.

How do I update my information?

Once BLASC has been installed, it does not need to run in the background unless you want it to. You only need to launch BLASC when you want to update your character and item information.

How secure is BLASC?

BLASC has been Europe’s leading WoW database tool for years and is used by many thousands of players. BLASC is guaranteed to be free from spyware, keyloggers and other malicious software.

BLASC installation

1. Download BLASC_Setup.exe here.
2. Launch the BLASC2_Setup.exe file you have just downloaded.
3. Select your desired language and click on “Ok”.
4. In the “Welcome” window, click the “Continue” button.
5. Read and confirm the license agreement.
6. Select your desired installation type.



Recommended: Express Installation
The Express Installation installs BLASC in the “C:\Program Files\buffed\” directory. The most important settings are made automatically – all you have to do is select the active BLASC 2 plug-ins.

The following plug-ins are currently available:

• WoW Plug-In:
Transfers selected character data to www.getbuffed.com

• WoW Add-Ons Plug-In:
This enables you to manage more than 900 add-ons for World of Warcraft. The update function automatically updates the selected add-ons.

• News Plug-In:
Integrates an RSS reader for newsfeeds
